The CCGroup LLC

This project consisted of an interior renovation to an existing 190,000 SF assisted living facility in San Angelo, Texas. The renovation took place across three campus buildings - Sagecrest, High Rise, and Elsie Gayer. The project included updating all common spaces - including all elevator lobbies, public restrooms, and private dining areas. Other improvements included new physical therapy and multi-purpose rooms, salon, library, fitness room and a gift shop. The CCGroup LLC was proud to be apart of this project with a goal of enhancing and enriching the lives of its current tenants and the San Angelo community for years to come.
